RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE
STUDENTS
ACADEMICS:
1. Students are required to carry their Identity Cards,
issued by the College on admission to respective course, at
all times.
2. Students are required to attend lecturers regularly. Ideally
every student is expected to attend all classes and secure
100% attendance. However, in order to allow for certain unavoidable
reasons such as Medical / participation in sports / personal,
the student is expected to attend at least 85% of the classes.
3. Any Students remaining absent for more than 15 days, without
prior permission from the HOD/ Principal, shall be deemed
to have dropped out and his/her name will be struck off from
the rolls.
4. Students must appear for all the periodic tests and complete
assignments and projects given to them for the internal assessment.
5. Assignments & Projects (as applicable) given to the
students shall be completed and submitted within specified
time period. The management shall not be under any obligation
to extend the time so fixed.
6. Evaluation of test assignments & projects by the faculty
for the purpose of internal assessment shall be final and
binding on the students. Any complaint in this regard shall
not be entertained.
7. The management shall fix a schedule for lecturers &
Practicals & other programs the way it considers best
& shall endeavour to adhere to this schedule. All the
students are required to follow it strictly. However, management
and the Principal has authority for any change in the schedule,
postponement of cancellation of lectures.
DRESS CODE:
Students are required to follow the specified UNIFORM DRESS
CODE strictly:
All Students of the campus should be attired in Uniform dress
on Monday's, Wednesdays and Fridays. Students who violate
the code will not be allowed in to the campus. Principal may
give permission to enter the college with a penalty of Rs.50/-
LIBRARY:
a. Only valid Card Holder is entitled to use the Library.
b. Books may be borrowed for a maximum period of 15 days.
c. Fine shall be charged for the period during which the books
is over due.
d. No Magazine/Journal/Newspaper shall be issued to any student.
FEES:
1. All fees should be paid before the due date.
2. Fees once paid including the examination fee shall not
be refunded.
3. Students who do not pay their fees may be asked to leave
the Course. They shall not be allowed to appear for any of
the examinations.
