All our institutions are being managed by Paramahamsa Foundation Trust which was established in 1983 with the prime objective to promote high quality education.

The vision, commitment and dedication of the Founder Chairman Dr. K. R. Paramahamsa, Ph.D, the group has witnessed an exponential growth in the field of professional education and became a symbol of quality education.

The Trust placed enormous emphasis on developing right kind of physical infrastructure which it is strongly believed, a foundation for imparting quality education. Towards this end, the foundation has procured 42 acres of land at 18th K M Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore and constructed building to house its Engineering College, Post-graduate programmes and AMC - American School.

Similarly, the foundation has been according highest priority to strengthen intellectual infrastructure by recruiting experienced faculty with excellent track record of teaching and research.

AMC enjoys strong and good staff/student relations and offers all advantages of a large institution. The teaching fraternity of the college is devoted to providing high quality education for its students while allowing them also to enjoy their academics and cultural activities.

AMC sponsors a number of annual events and also presents prestigious seminars and lectures.

• Hostel managed by the college is now under construction with a total capacity for 500 rooms and now over 100 rooms are fully functional. This project is likely to get over within one year.

• A.M.C. has very good contacts with 3 Star/5 Star Hotels, 28 of them all over India offering training, placement training, project work, outdoor catering to B.H.M. students.
