The students are placed through the campus recruitment program. The placement activities are coordinated by a placement committee headed by Placement Director, student representatives and faculty members. The Placement Cell is responsible for all correspondence with Employers (like pre placement talks).

Centre for Career Guidance and Placement

AMC College is one of the pioneering institutions that has provided its students with Career Guidance and Placement facilities since 2003. The centre is dedicated to help the students assess their career interests and aptitude. It offers them an opportunity to acquaint themselves with different companies to gain an insight into the career options currently available through various workshops and Seminars. The library facility offered by the centre gives students a wide variety of information on higher studies in India and abroad. It contains various skill development books on presentation, interview, time management etc. The centre maintains close relationship with industry and business houses.

Career Guidance Service

The Centre helps the students in Career Planning through career counselling where in they gather information about themselves in terms of their interests, aptitudes, and abilities so that they can choose their careers more effectively. The centre allows individuals to explore the world of employment and helps them to move from a general occupation direction to a specific one. The centre also focuses on developing their skills by providing training on resume building, body language, group discussion and how to face interviews, which helps them to move into an occupation and or apply to post graduate and professional schools.

Placement Service

The centre focuses on the professional development of the students and trains them to get an entry into the career of their choice. The Placement Centre takes the initiative to explore new career avenues for graduates and post graduates through visits to new companies and unexplored sectors.

The Counselling & Placement Centre at AMC College of Engineering provides personal and career-related support to its students. The idea is to enable the students to effectively cope with life at college as well as later in their careers. The effectiveness of the training at AMC is evident from its remarkable placement record.

On-campus recruitment

Campus recruitment is organized between January and July every year. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment each year. On an average 7 new companies visit the campus every year. The process starts with pre-placement talks, which gives students an insight about the company and job they have to offer, followed by Selection Process. The college has state-of-the-art facilities that make corporate recruiting from the campus a pleasant experience. Student placement representatives are also present to provide assistance through out the selection process.

Alumni Interactions

The centre maintains a close relationship with the alumni for placement. It uses an effective mailing system through which it helps the alumni in locating high level jobs. Alumni also contribute by providing information about additional jobs available through the placement officer by using the same network.
